Staff were attentive and very helpful. Nothing was too little or too difficult.

Unfortunately this store uses misleading advertising!! They report with great fanfare that they accept exchanges and returns until January 15 on their entire website. We wanted to change the color of a garment and they told us that that was no longer the price. In its exchange and return policy it does not specify that a color change implies a price change. They should inform them or at least be more assertive with their clients. P.S. Opinion of a former consumer of your garments!!

The physical store is not to blame. My order took a month to arrive. After many unanswered emails, I got someone from Customer Service to respond and they will do a replacement. I admit that I had no hope and I looked for plan B for the Christmas gifts. I went to the store to return it because I didn't want any more drama and hey, the girl was lovely and helped me look for a sweatshirt

I bought a defective garment online on August 29, I returned it on September 9 and they sent me a garment of a different size and a different model. I then returned it on September 11 and after 8 days they sent me the correct sweatshirt but with the same defect of the fabric that pills without having washed it. The solution they gave me is to return the garment or purchase another product from their website (hoddies €35 more expensive right now). Bad customer service and no solution provided, in addition to 1 month of returns pending.
